This IANS wire preview covers the same Odisha meeting as our earlier preview: Inter Kashi, beaten 0-2 by Kerala Blasters, against Odisha FC, who lost 2-1 to Punjab FC, with both teams chasing their first points.
Key points
- Kashi's attack showed promise through Rosenberg Gabriel and Manvir Singh, but Kerala scored in the 18th minute and in stoppage time.
- Vaz Pinto hopes his team turns attacking intent into goals and is confident of progress despite little time to work on his tactics.
- Hitesh Sharma is adapting to an advanced midfield role.
- Odisha need to improve defensively and make their possession count, according to the wire's framing.
